Whenever Weinnies

Where do we begin?  Ken and Rose met in 1959 and in Ken’s words, “I knew right away that this was the gal for me!”  Ken married Rose in 1961 and they were happily married for over 46 years.  They have 4 great children, 4 grand children and 4 step grand children.

Over Ken’s 69 years on this planet he came in contact with a lot of different people and made plenty of friends.  Rose told me that, “In all the years we were together I never heard anyone talk bad about my Ken”.  He had a heart of gold and was truly one of the nicest people that I have ever met.  When I called Don Toomey to tell him the news he said, “He was one of the GOOD ones”.

Ken will be missed in so many ways.  Whenever Weinnies Car Show and the entire Car Show family offer our deepest sympathy in the passing of Ken Montroy; husband, father, friend and all around GOOD GUY!

We will be hosting a special car cruise in 2008 in Ken’s memory.
